Authors' Notes

A song with a very high dance-rate. Spiky outside, soft inside, with a lemon twist! Enjoy....

Knetter - cactus/lemon... sounds like a flavoured sparkling water... well, you have shown in the past that one can expect lots more from you than this... I'm sorry to say that I found this to be a quite bland and watery affair... It's still quite listenable though and your command over the tracker is excellent as always ... that off-beat sounding wah-wah should be remedied, though...

Mixed very well. I like the feel of the stick click. Really mellow. I like the chill sound.

There are so many breakbeat and whatever tracks in this competition I was thankful for this calm easy-listening track (hope itīs not an insult). The wah-wah effect is great though sometimes it sounds to me that it doesnīt quite match the rhythm.
Good track.

Well mixed, agree with Sim that it was a good break from the hard (but good) junk most us others made, hehe.
I liked most aspects with this track, only problem was the main wahwah lead itself. Have no idea how you could do it differently, think it's just the instrument selected. Limited sample selection aren't always on our side I guess.

But heck, it kept me dancing around the room while tidying up, so thumbs up for me!

The wahwah stuff was my favourite part of this track. Kept things off-kilter a bit, which I consider a good thing. To each their own though. I like how you kept the rythm of the wahing more-or-less constant for awhile, and then right when it starts to feel a bit boring, you modulate the speed.

Interesting minimal style track. Mix and production sound very good. The filter work is impressive, very neat sounds. Had to switch gears to appreciate this one after hearing some heavy stuff earlier. The more I hear the more I dig it though. Very groovy and interesting, reminds me a bit of music by Blue Man Group but still unique and original.
