this is fooonky. love the excellent minibreaks and stuff. mix sounds clean and crispy.
the master maximizer doesn't do anything in this song? I took the gain on the maximizer to 7.8 db and it still didn't come close to clipping...

Hey Mickrip,
Wow...what an honor! Really great to have the progressive-trancish version too!
Like the backround loop a lot and off course the solo at the end is great.
Bassdrum is a bit load and could have more click imo.
Great job....
Can't download the xrns btw!

An energetic and nice remix. Personally liked this more than the original one ;-)

Always good to hear a mickrip tune (remix in this case).
Sorry bit worse than usual on the comment front this month (even more than usual) suffice to say this is good tracker/trance erring towards your beautiful chip style in the lead.

A real mickrip :-). You really worked out Knetters little melody pretty well. I like your bass line. Especially bass-channel :-). Chip Solo ok, but not my favorite.
Regarding mix: kick sounds on my AKG K601 not too loud, just ok.
I find the mids (5 K) and highs not loud enough. I added 3 db at 5 K and 10 K in the master channel (Q of 4).
IMO that's better / gives more clarity/air though the snare/hh maybe a bit harsh with these settings. BTW: whole mix is pretty quiet. Was that intended ?
Resumee: great Job, one of my favs !

Great to rehear this track, I really enjoyed the original. But this comment is about Mick's remix!
Vocals and meandering pads have a nice effect in paying homage to the original synth lines. The beginning section as a whole feels slightly long, perhaps moving the break at 1:30 into the middle of the main lead somewhere in favor of getting to the main event quicker. The refrain and chord change are a fantastic segue into the big synth lead. The mix is very warm and everything sits nicely. Overall a strong and enjoyable entry from Mickrip!
