Greetings fellow trackers!
This one was so fun to make! Used 2 vocal sample from CC mixter this time: "Snowflake -- Soul wants to Grow" and from "4nsic -- GET ON IT"
It was a real challenge to convert Snowflake's 3-bar rhythm into 4 bars Dubstep! But it yields a very swingy refrain :) I hope snowflake is not feeling bad about the lyrics from 4nsic and from the fact that I omitted her well sung refrain... Go listen for yourself!
Hope ya like it!

Hey Knetter... Well, the production is excellent. Love the screaming distorted guitar type sound. However I'm really not impressed by your choice of lyrics (4nsic). Some of the stuff it talks about is just really not necessary at all. Although many of your songs are classics, this one will unfortunately not be one of them.

Excellent job giving a single home for these two completely unrelated vocal samples.
At first I just didn't listen to the lyrics but when I did I gave a huge "wtf"; they don't seem suitable at all for this piece. Would have loved to see more interaction between the vocal track and the music too; *maybe* it could have helped integrate things?
Vocals are also way too quiet to my ears; I boosted both vox tracks 6db and it sounded better. But I think actually the music is so rich and detailed that you really don't need the vocal track at all.
The distortion you added to the wobble track is nice, especially with the sub bass track supplementing.
The engineering and sound design is lush and huge, as I have come to expect from you :) The overall atmosphere is pretty and other than the vox, everything seems "perfect".
Well done sir.

I had the same IO and Tenfour! Also a major WTF when I finally could decipher where he was rapping about. In the first place I was really hesitating whether to use it or not since his subjects are quite explicit and not my cup of tea either. But in a way its different and I really liked the contrast how these 2 vocalists merge in melody.

Luckily Snowflake is OK with the pairing with forensic :) http://ccmixter.org/reviews/Knetter/36973#156662

The vocals kill the work for me, but other than that, well done. I liked the change up a couple minutes in.

Hi Knetter :)
The first thing i liked about that tune was the great reverb effect on track 6 :)
It adds quite a cool unique atmosphere to the rhythms.
The melody which you introduced to the Snowflake part is really catchy - love it.
I think the tune would also work without the vocals btw :)
All in all a nice track, i did not decipher the lyrics to be honest.

Beside the fact that I normally get allergic rashes from most rapping, this is very nice done!
You managed dubstep sound perfectly, the loop in the hand drawn instrument is very dynamic and varies with different pitch and the mellow parts with the soft arp and the girl is delightful.
To me the production is great. Don't you think Synth1 is the most versatile free vst out there?

I was going to comment that the vocals should be more forward in the mix but from comments above I think I already know why they are slightly covered.
As a production, I imagine the woman and man arguing, where the woman asserts that she isn't just a piece of meat...

Hey Knetter, without reading the above comments:
this one is another great one. Like the arps really a lot (!), also the well executed distorted wobble sounds great, especially where it wobbles slowly - gives a nice rough distortion effect. Sub works well. Also like the dry chord and the fx track. The vocals are IMO definitely too quiet. E.g. I like it when snow flake sings 4-6 dB (!) louder. I also tried to decrease the width of the snow flake reverb - makes her a bit more dominant in the center. Also tried alternatively to increase the wet level of snow flake's reverb. That sends her more to the background, but it sounds more consistent. It's interesting: I can remember that you had at least one other track where the vocals stuck between background and foreground. Means: I would put the vocals either clearly in foreground, or send them definitely to background. Last but not least: I tried to add some lowcuts here and there. Especially in beat tracks and snow flake vox.
Otherwise this tune is well done. I like the overal vibe a lot.
After reading the above comments:
I'd just omit the 4nsic stuff. But I don't agree to omit the vocals completely. Snow flake vox should be there.

I agree that the vocals could be mixed a bit more forward than they are. Nice big full sound achieved with the fx and a solid arrangement, though. Haha, I think I will shrug about the 4nsic stuff and say he's produced better vocals...
