Authors' Notes
This is a little different to what I am used to writing. I kinda just went against what I felt like doing the entire way. It turned out to be quite mellow and trippy. Enjoy.

Nice work mick! Catchy main riff/progression, and great programming. Some parts of the song later on felt a little lost, but then you got back into it again. A solid track. The only negative was the cottonwool effect on the whole song.

listening... a nice chug-along track with slow but sure progressions, nice harmonies, builds and variations... you make good use of the vst, as well, it seems(main chordal for one...)
I mostly like the drums and bass tracks, though. sure and tight, nicely programmed...

Agreed, this bass is good. Best bass this round for sure... Your use of the automation on the filter is just awesome too. This is one of the only songs out of the pile that I might listen to again after this round of the compo. ;)

warm and inviting. i love the bass just as everyone else. i think rob's title " bubbles" would fit this song more appropriately.
great percussion, subtle and light but effective. rimshots win my heart over regular snares any day!
i really like the chord progression and harmonies in patterns 4-7
